oracle - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small + "not a valid month" -

i calling stored procedure java application 4 in parameters , 6 out parameters. code running fine on production machine giving proper output. when run same code on different system, getting error. please see log trace below:

can there possibility error due scheme environment settings or other setting in system?

note: there no date parameter in stored procedure using "systimestamp" within procedure. running application on jboss 4 server.
