web services - Server connection delay not recorded on some JMeter clients -

while testing webservice set connection delay on server of 5 seconds. expect jmeter give response times >5000ms. in cases / clients works fine. expected, in others doesn't.

on clients jmeter gives response time of (e.g.) 315ms, whilst other machines give 5315ms (which includes 5 sec delay). on problem-machines test through soapui, same response time, , firefox. firefox shows response time of >5000ms.

theoretically there shouldn't difference between machines, there is. can't find what.

please utilize transaction controller. http/s requests should part of same transaction controller.

in order include delay time, kindly check/select property of transaction controller mentioned below:

"include duration of timer , pre-post processors in generated sample"
