Sharepoint alert and workflows. Workflow that emails based on list column criteria -

i'm using sharepoint 2010. i've created list track demerits. each list item has column demerit, employee name, supervisor , expiration status. expiration status can valid or expired demerit lasts 6 months. objective supervisors , employee email summarizing employee’s valid points whenever new item created or modified them.

i set alert changes sends summary of particular list item person setup alert.

i’ve tried searching on place , can’t specific result decided stackoverflow try. hope can help.
