Cannot open .accdb files because Access looking for hard-coded path -

i have received few .accdb files client, , trying open them in microsoft access 2013. files seem open correctly, whenever click on of tables or queries on left next error message:

c:\[hard-coded path on client's computer] not valid path. create sure path name spelled correctly , connected server on file resides.

now, know path not exist on computer. why access looking hard-coded path on person's computer? , how can access tables , queries in access?

additional question: there easy way import info sql server instead? read couple of posts importing info access sql server, apparently sql server import , export wizard expecting file of different format, not .accdb.

you need back-end database file client. tables stored there. 1 time receive it, save @ convenient location on computer , utilize "linked table manager" on "external data" tab in .accdb have. allow update table links current location of back-end database file on system.
