RTSP solution for JavaScript/HTML5 -

i developing smart tv application , streaming live video ip photographic camera huge portion of functionality.

the camera's manual states if set stream mpeg-4 or h.264 http not supported; rtsp/rtp is.

the alternative (via http) motion jpeg, avoid much possible (terrible framerate on tv).

is there javascript/html5 solution/wrapper rtsp? tv cannot run java applet or of sort, , default, browser not back upwards rtsp.

there doesn't seem pure js or html5 solution this. you'll need go through server transcode video.
