firefox - App manager won't add any apps -

i seek add together either packaged or hosted app app manager on firefox 30. i've verified hosted app works on handset (obviously have no way of testing packaged app works without installing via app manager, isn't working). app not show in list of apps in app manager (which empty), nor firefox display error messages either alerts or logs in console. went on hunt logs around filesystem, couldn't find anything. on osx 10.9.

i had same issue, appeared running firefox without write rights. starting ff sudo resolved issue.
