how can list of of files shared of enterprise's users via onedrive business enterprises office365/sharepoint deployment?

ideally csom filecollection.

currently think may need enumerate user's personal sites via tenant apis, connect , enumerate content of each of these sites document libraries individually.

is there easier way this?

how can links file has been shared with, if has been shared? csom file class doesn't seem have related links.
