javascript - Alfresco: Content model customization to add custom field during file upload -

i have started work alfresco repository i'm much new technology. i'm facing mutual problem file upload(using simple html form submit) add together custom info saved.

i'm able upload file alfresco repository. i'm trying add together description, title field not saved. when check alfresco info dictionary web interface find description field blank.

also, need save custom info file size, image height, image width, file codec etc. i've searched lot forum , net , found several answers none of them finish or relevant work. in many cases stated need define custom fields in content model xml i'm not sure plenty how that.
