there cases user contacts our client back upwards complaining did not item paid for. provide receipt sent e-mail google play, contains 'order number', equivalent 'orderid' received google play server.

however, sure generating false receipt e-mail false order number , send client back upwards not hard task.

so question is: there way query google server determine if particular order number valid?

you can check order numbers against records google wallet merchant account, can programmatically downloaded csv files google cloud storage. check out "financial reports" page in google play developer console details on how access files. csv files updated 1 time per day.
