android - Unknown source (unknown package/class) causing null point exception on a few users -

i have app, 300 users crash report. if app tries sync user's google drive, closes , show "the app closed" pop-up study , ok buttons. happens after time using app without problem.

the crash reports on dev console same:

i checked com.mydomain.myappname.b.a proguard/mappings.txt , added class proguard-project.txt maintain not obfuscated. problem persists shows different class on mappings.txt file. believe obfuscation not problem.

it has happened on 3 different devices, of them running android 4.1 (api 16) according developer console. but, i've tested app on 4.1.2 device , works fine.

i've checked code doinbackground() , of them grab generic exceptions. believe should grab , not crash, right?

i can't reproduce error on devices.

i have no thought problem.

any clue?
