how utilize adt translation manager (http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html#tmgr)? after install it, there's menu alternative upload string translation, tells me don't have translation project yet.

when go play store create project, requires me upload files started, , have finish flow , pay in order create project.

how utilize plugin upload files? have rather big project, , enormous pain upload files 1 @ time through web tool.

i'm not familiar that, manage translation own.

it's command line tool wrote manage android & ios text. can generate csv files strings.xml, , can translate according csv file. after finish, can transform strings.xml.

it more readable man help me translate way. can give try.
