bcrypt error while deploying rails app to ubuntu server -

am getting next error while deploying rails app ubuntu server

an error occurred while installing bcrypt (3.1.7), , bundler cannot go on

i have tried gem install bcrypt -v '3.1.7' doest seem work @ all

any solution highly appreciated

log files never created, there nil show.

anyway, restarted ubuntu server , worked. deployed rails app after restarting ubuntu server
