css - Website html become messy unexpectedly -

i have server dolphin boonex sofware installed, 7.1.4 version (boonex.com). however, don't think boonex fact part of problem. guess, other webmaster, whatever platform use, can experiment same issue.

sometimes, when load website, becomes messy. likes losts css. te image below

normally fine : links nicely fitted in top bar menu, template correct, , on. now, looks there no more css linked html. (in code)!

just before happened today, had alter little setting in .htaccess. not linked : when de-set setting, nil went better. also, experiment such problem couple days month, , likes comes "random".

i know kind of apache failing (i guess is) can explain such problem kinda css failing).

please utilize relative link css , javascript file. <link rel="stylesheet" href="../../../style.css" /> | <script src=".././../script.js"></script>
