i using a 3rd party tool named surfermap9 . trying phone call web application not working , below error produced. detailed error

system.web.services.protocols.soapexception: retrivieng com class mill component clsid {b2933480...} failed due next error : 80080005 server execution failed (exception hresult : 0x80080005 (co_e_server_exec_failure))

i trying on windows server 2012 r2. have tried solutions relating dcom (component services) setting found on google, still not working. guessing server 2012 error, configuration correctly works on windows server 2003.

please help me.
