i having great difficulty installing these angularjs plugins eclipse. 'install new software' dialog tells me 'could not find' update site, , 'no repository found @ [url]' exception raised.

the update site http://oss.opensagres.fr/angularjs-eclipse/0.2.0/ . can navigate page fine on browser , see content.jar, artifacts.jar, etc. additionally, other update sites seem work fine, problem seems specific repository. same error occurs in before versions of eclipse on computer, , error not occur on other computers.

things have tried: every solution question: eclipse kepler doesn't allow me install plugins

proxy settings seem correct tried specifying port in url made sure eclipse pointing @ right jre

i have tried variations on solution provided here manual install: http://prabhugs.wordpress.com/2014/01/03/angularjs-in-eclipse-ide/

but maven tycho plugin download gives me checksum fails , 'invalid extension descriptor' errors. (probably problem entirely).
