xaml - NavigateTo same page again does not refresh? -

i have 2 pages in windows phone 8 xaml app, "mainpage" , "play". navigateto play mainpage, nail button homecoming mainpage. 1 time navigateto play again, 2 things happen find confusing:

my constructor play called again, yet controls on page still contain info lastly page visit.

even though see info in page members info not render on screen.

there's basic here i'm missing? how either new page; or re-render previous instance?
