What does @@@ mean in Dynamics-NAV Text Constants -

i have noticed in dynamics nav 2013 textconsts have started using @@@ language code.

for illustration in codeunit 12:

purchasealreadyexistserr@1003 : textconst '@@@="%1 = document type;

what @@@ mean in context?
