python - Only one user cannot log into an app via Google ID Authentication -

at work run python application users log in via google account.

one user gets "error logging in" message on instance, doesn't replicate on other instance.

the app made 3rd party , can't tell why happens. there debugging tool or comes google auth used trace failure happening?

thanks in advance. if more technical details needed please allow me know. i'm not familiar how works.

if it's 1 user i'd it's safe assume problem has user's credentials. it's hard without error log if me i'd first check create sure info user entering same oauth expecting. luck , hope helps!
