with enterprise account can more or less host own private app store unlimited amount of devices , distribute in-house without apple. developer business relationship can run ad-hoc installs via testflight or comparable services 100 devices. new itunes testflight integration announed @ wwdc14 allows 1000 devices.

the solution professional enterprise app store , requires have duns , approval apple, duns you're set. it's $299 instead of $99, that's not much money companies have duns. can't utilize business relationship publishing apps public app store.
