Magento 1.8 is painfully slow on my wamp localhost -

magento 1.8 painfully slow on wamp localhost.

i have increased memory in php.ini, next answer,

max_execution_time = 1800 memory_limit = 512m

but still very slow.

anything else can do?

i suggest utilize xampp server it's faster wamp server.

magento localhost wampserver magento-1.8
