question 1: can setup scenario? , utilize load balancer azure?

question 2: pay outgoing bandwidth

question 3: share website 10 000 000 page views per month how much pay dns ups average.

question 4 please suggest same service competitors... google, amazon, rackspace know

the link provided article answers #1 , #3. yes can set up. billing done dns lookup @ $0.75 per 1000000 lookup, 10m page views cost @ $7.50, isn't taking consideration dns caching drastically lower (already low) cost.

question 2 not azure traffic manager related question. no bandwidth goes through atm there no charge. sure pay bandwidth charges whatever 3rd party datacenter provider going use.

i don't understand question 4. want suggestions for? cloud provider? there lots of ones depends on scenario.
