html5 - Submit form as "multipart/form-data" but content-type is “application/x-www-form-urlencoded” on the server -

i'm trying submit form includes file, i'm using enctype="multipart/form-data" request content-type sent “application/x-www-form-urlencoded”, part of code:

this part of html5 application need upload file. there no js code run on submitting form.

may please help me find why cannot submit form "multipart/form-data"?

i able find out problem.

i added data-ajax="false" form , working.
