let me start saying i've never been much of vb fan, skipped on c# , java. however, i'm troubleshooting issue vb app inherited.

following lines execute print operation:

me.rptshippinglabel1.printoptions.printername = "labelprinter" me.rptshippinglabel1.printoptions.paperorientation = crystaldecisions.shared.paperorientation.landscape me.rptshippinglabel1.printtoprinter(me.txtlabelqty.text, false, 1, 1)

there zebra zdesign tlp2844 connected workstations via direct usb , named labelprinter. however, despite target printer beingness specified in code, zebra must set default printer in windows, otherwise job go other printer set default. what's more frustrating on computers, same configuration jobs go right printer can't identify controllable pattern. suggestions why might be?

reports in question disassociated printer in design>page settings.

look report. in page settings see if study optimized display. if yes, uncheck it. if study optimized displaying only, printeroptions enumeration beingness discarded. still assign printer name property in older framework not anymore.
