ios - Keep Entire Text From Changing -

i have been trying create font type app ios in xcode. alters normal text emoji , unicode type letters , there several different font variations take from. right now, every time new font chosen, changes whole text field 1 selected font. i'm trying create doesn't effect whole text field when new font selected, words typed point on. appreciate if help me code allow this. think easy not sure do.

***edit: question different because others referring actual fonts in code , program. situation totally different. special kind of app , "font" unicode symbols same language computer. im trying create xcode , app alter without clearing lastly symbol effect on keyboard. normal typing, , normal if didn't alter after new 1 selected. not sure why whole text box changes font selected, think easy add together line of code doesn't create alter letters. if checked links able see. 1 time again , sorry confusion. help , code appreciated.
