i cannot access google cloud sql comcast network @ home, after trying every type of allow ip settings. works if access google cloud sql via iphone, or site coffee shop. can check ip address, add together allowed hosts, , works, not comcast.

here 1 possible issue: when google "what ip", returns: your public ip address 2601:2:4f00:5d1:bd3b:178:xxxx:xxx - comcast using ip6 now? tried cannot set ip6 address in "access control->authorized networks setting in google developers console.

i have 100 megabit service @ home via comcast, coffee shops or iphone usage slow! help!!

comcast provides 'dual stack' scheme ipv4 , ipv6. find out ipv4 address @ http://ip4.me/ , authorize address. when connect cloud sql's ipv4 public address source address.
