ios - Rightview on UITextField does not disappear on editing -

i have rightview on uitextfield mode uitextfieldviewmodeunlessediting, should disappear when editing textfield.

but when start editing textfield programatically when press rightview (an edit button) rightview not disappear immediately. disappears when start typing something.

so why editing uitextfield start on typing , not on becoming first responder? how prepare this?

add < uitextfielddelegate > interface.

then set delegate or textfield self (either in ib or) illustration in viewdidload:

self.thetextfield.delegate = self;

add method .m :

-(void)textfielddidbeginediting:(uitextfield *)textfield{ // whatever supposed happen when begin edit textfield happens }
