api - How to send XML POST requests using JMeter -

i have been using sampler - http requests send json type api calls have looked through jmeter documentation , couldn't find way same xml requests. help appreciated.

when create "http request" sampler, can take body want send along request. have input box can set either json or xml (isn't way utilize json?). can send file request, select xml file send. both possibilities should work.
