i have in server web page in html + php , need info exchanged in both directions andorid application.

for illustration if server had language python or java (it not case), utilize socket server running continuously. using php, think it's not way because has maximum time limit of run script , socket server run indefinitely waiting clients.

the thought have html form, info of android phone in real time can seen, , can send commands andorid html interface.

what best way this?
